“So I bought a combined ticket from Viator for the hop on hop off bus and Sky Deck observation deck entry for Tuesday. The bus part was fine but the observation deck was closed - and only opens Friday to Sunday! So I purchased a ticket for an attraction that was closed and this was not mentioned on the website. I requested a pro-rated refund of the observation deck from Viator, who as the booking agent, are liable. But for a reason that they are unable to properly explain, have refused. Avoid using Viator and book with a more reputable company instead.”
